Can New Uniforms Also Add a Few Wins?

Washington State University unveiled new athletic uniforms late last night at the Davenport Hotel as part of the University's Spokane Week festivities. WSU Athletic Director Bill Moos said the new uniforms are part of creating a consistent, recognizable image to help brand Cougar athletics.
